Privacy Notice

When you send a booking request, we receive what you type into the form:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The car, the service (self-drive or chauffeur), your dates or hours, and how you want the handover: delivery to an address, or collection.
• The delivery or pickup address, if you give one, and anything you write in the message box.

If you go on to book, we also see the documents the rental needs — your licence, ID and proof of insurance — at the handover, as the terms describe. Payment cards are handled at the handover too; this site never asks for card details.

To answer and manage your booking — check the car is free, send you a quote and a confirmation, arrange the delivery or the chauffeur, prepare the rental agreement and contact you about it — and, for a self-drive rental, to verify your eligibility and meet our legal obligations, as terms section 15 says.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

We share your information only with our insurers, with law enforcement where required, and with the authorities that process traffic and parking citations — the same commitment as terms section 15.

Separately, a few service providers process it on our behalf, to run the site and the booking, and for nothing else:

• Supabase stores booking requests in our database.
• Resend delivers the two emails a request produces: the notification to us, and the copy to you.
• Google Calendar holds confirmed bookings in our own calendar — the car, your name, the service, the hours and the handover address — so we know where each car is.
• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it logs the requests made to it, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Our vehicles are fitted with telematics that record location, speed and operating data during a rental. It is used to protect the vehicles, to investigate incidents and to check the rental terms are kept, and taking delivery of a vehicle is consent to that recording (terms section 15).

The public site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

Your browser keeps a small note for the length of the tab so the opening animation only plays once, and our own staff sign-in uses cookies on the admin pages only.

We keep a booking request for as long as we need it to handle the booking and for our business and tax records.
